Mailing Instructions

1. Wrap all pieces separately. Use ample packing material. Don't wrap heavy items with fragile items. If necessary double box all your small precious items. More than one smaller box can be put inside a larger outer box.

2. Put address labels on all inner boxes as well as the outside box.

3. List ALL the pieces on the packing list form.
For Example:
               Correct: "Sugar Bowl with Lid"           Incorrect: "Sugar Bowl"

4. Include: Name, Address, Apt. #, Zip Code, Phone and Email address. Include Insured Value.

5. Enclose a check for 50% of the estimated charges. Upon completion we will advise you of the remaining balance.

6. Insure sufficiently; we will return the items at your stated value. Our final charges will include insurance, shipping charges plus the cost of restoration. If we feel that you have under insured, or over insured we will contact you prior to return shipment.
